Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding KYC requirements or pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard processing times.
cge77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false registration information; (c) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (d) regulatory direction; (e) behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to cge77 staff or other players.
