These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cge77 ("cge77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website at cge77.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

cge77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players who misrepresent their eligibility — including their age or location — forfeit all balances and any winnings derived from ineligible play.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active cge77 account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, identities, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and all associated balances — including real-money deposits and bonus funds — will be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change. cge77 will not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account — whether or not authorized by you — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified cge77 of unauthorized access.

cge77 staff will never ask for your password, full OTP code, or payment card CVV number via any communication channel. Any such request is fraudulent and must be reported to cge77 support immediately.

cge77 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Before processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys ID). Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful KYC completion. cge77 may request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence at its discretion.

cge77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit under these Terms, though individual payment method limits set by your e-wallet or bank provider may apply.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your cge77 balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating institution. cge77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. cge77 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) subject to KYC completion, though actual arrival times depend on the recipient payment provider.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Bonus-funded winnings remain subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full. cge77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation for large withdrawals.

All balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). cge77 does not support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by cge77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your account bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%. The exact contribution rates for each promotion are specified in that promotion's terms.
• cge77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, and systematic low-risk wagering to fulfill requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

In cases of ambiguity or dispute, the game provider's rules and technical records take precedence.

• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multi-player games;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings resulting from confirmed exploitation are void;
• Accessing the Platform through VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cge77 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Charging back a deposit after wagering funds, which constitutes fraud;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.

cge77 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profit, opportunity, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity failures outside cge77's control; (d) losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting cge77 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding KYC requirements or pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard processing times.

cge77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false registration information; (c) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (d) regulatory direction; (e) behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to cge77 staff or other players. In cases of closure for cause, cge77 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

cge77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via notification on the Platform or by email to the registered contact address, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect (except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction).

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cge77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
